Shipping Policy

At CJ Woodwork Designs, most of our products are handcrafted and made to order in our shop. We appreciate your patience while we take the time to make and finish each piece.

Processing Time

Our current processing time is typically 1–2 weeks before shipping, unless otherwise noted on the individual product listing. Processing time refers to the time required to make, finish, and prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

During busy periods, holidays, or for larger orders, processing times may vary. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will make every effort to contact you.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has shipped.

Damaged Orders

We carefully inspect and package every product before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and shipping packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right through a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.

International Shipping

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, our current shipping options are intended for orders within the United States. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
